Preparing Young Men for Life

St John's College has 750 boys from Year 9 to Year 13, and is located on Hillcrest Road, Hamilton. Built on the Marist tradition, it emphasises family spirit, promoting an environment where students are well looked after. Staff and students form a community where they can support each other on a daily basis.

Enrolments for 2018 are Open

We are now taking enrolments for next academic year. Information can be found in our enrolment section

Our roll has been full for the last three years, so parents are advised to enrol students early to avoid disappointment. Preference is given to Catholic students, in line with our special character as a Catholic boys school, and you should get a Preference Card signed by your parish priest.

Rowing Head Coach

Building on our huge success from last year, St John’s College is looking for a new Head Coach of Rowing.

Unfortunately, our Head Coach from last year has moved on to a new career in policing. If you are interested in the position and would like a position description and any more information about it, please contact Drew Tierney, Teacher in Charge of Rowing (dtierney@stjohns-hamilton.school.nz).
