Parents who are not active Catholics should read the information on applying for Preference carefully before beginning the process.

Enrolment Timetable

Information and Applications -Term 2

An information evening for all 2019 prospective students and their families will be held Tuesday 15th May at 6pm in the school gymnasium.   The evening will provide information on the enrolment process, opportunities to meet with and speak to teaching staff and a tour of the College grounds.

Staff from the College also visit contributing schools and enrolment packages are distributed.

Parents should submit completed enrolment forms to the College by the end of Term 2.

Interviews - Term 3

All Preference students and their parents are invited to a short interview at the College to meet staff and discuss thier enrolment. This is an opportunity to ask questions too. Final acceptance of a place at St John's College will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200 deposit. This will contribute towards your costs. See the Fees page for more details.

Offers of a place to Non Preference students will be made during the first week in September.  Final acceptance will be confirmed on receipt of full payment of the year's costs by the end of September.

Orientation - November

All Year 8 students accepted for 2019 are invited to spend an Orientation Day at the College. This important day runs from 8.45am to 3pm and details will be given at your son’s interview.

Copy of Student's Birth Certificate or Passport

Enrolment deposit (for Preference students only). This deposit is applied to the following year's costs. Payable to St John's College - 12-3122-0295197-00 Reference SJC Deposit and Student Name

Copies of reports relating to learnig or behaviour difficulties if applicable
